Oven-Baked Halibut Steaks Good Housekeeping

Ingredients

2 medium-size halibut steaks, 3/4-inch thick (about 12 ounces each)
2 slices white bread
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
1/4 teaspoon seasoned pepper
parsley sprigs for garnish

Preparation - Estimated cooking time: 20 minutes -    
1 Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. With knife, cut each halibut steak crosswise in half; chop bread into small pieces. On waxed paper, mix bread, parsley, seasoned salt, and seasoned pepper.
2 In 13- by 9-inch glass baking dish, arrange halibut steaks; press bread-crumb mixture on top. Bake halibut, uncovered, 8 to 10 minutes, until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
3 Garnish fish with parsley sprigs.
