Here is my favoritist recipe using the bread machine:

Dump it all in the bread machine, and then set the machine so that it only makes the dough. When it finishes, I put it in a bowl coated with canola oil, and make sure the dough is coated with oil too.

I let that rise for another 45 min or so, then it's ready to make pizza with.

I coat a cookie sheet with yet more olive oil (because I'm too cheap to buy a proper pizza pan), and use half the dough to make the crust. I spread it all out, and let it sit for another 15 or so, while the oven heats up to 475 degrees. Farenheit. Not Kelvin. That's a different recipe.

That's when you make your sauce. Of course, I'm usually too lazy to make sauce, so what I do is make cheese and butter pizza. I cut up two or three (or more, depending on how much of a cholesteral pig I am that day) tablespoons of butter into little pieces that I shove into the dough at semi-regular intervals. I cover that with grated up Romano and Parmesan cheese.

I suppose Kibo could use garlic or something instead of cheese.

Anyway, it takes 12-18 minutes to bake. It's usually done a minute or two after I start smelling it.

Then, enjoy it with a big ol' glass of cheap red wine and some grade-b sci fi. Share the boring, non-buttery/cheesy bits with Harlan. Doze off, and sleep the sleep of the just, assuming you remembered to turn off your oven.
