Tomatillo crudo Ingredients: 4-5 Tomatillos (fresh, de-husked, washed, and cut in 1/2) 1 serrano chile (stem removed) 1/2 Jalapeno (Stem removed) 1/4 ripe avocado (peeled and pit discarded) 1 Tbs yellow onion (rough chopped) 1/4 bunch Cilantro (tops only, discard stems) 1 clove garlic (fresh and peeled) Kosher salt to taste Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Season with kosher salt to taste.
