Grilled Artichokes 0) Set grill to medium high heat. 1) Cut artichoke(s) in half. 2) Spoon out choke (hairy stuff). 3) Cut top 1/3 of artichoke off with a knife. 4) Cut tips off of outer leaves with scissors 5) Coat cut sides with olive oil and salt & pepper 6) Place the UNCUT side down on grill for 10 minutes 7) Turn cut side down for 5 minutes. 8) Eat.
