Java Barbecue Sauce

The recipe for the best barbecue sauce I've ever tasted.

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup (4 ounces) brewed espresso, hot or cold
1 cup ketchup or cocktail sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder/salt 2 tablespoons honey

Directions
In a saucepan, heat the olive oil. Add the onion and saute until transparent, about 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and heat until blended and hot, stirring occasionally. Cool to room temperature, then refigerate. After the charcoal is lit, remove the sauce from the refrigerator and warm overmedium heat. This yeilds enough sauce to coat/glaze one whole chicken, or 3 pounds of lamb or pork, cut in serving pieces.

Yeilds about two cups of sauce
