Cod Fish Tacos Fresh or Frozen wild caught cod, ½ pound (8oz) per serving. Fresh or frozen corn Shredded red cabbage Limes, 1 or 2 per serving Avocados, 1 per serving Flour Taco Tortillas Sour Cream Salt, Pepper, Cayenne Pepper Oil for pan frying Serving makes three tacos Heat oil to high. Coat the thawed cod in flour, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Fry cod for a few minutes per side. If thick, reduce heat to medium low, put a lid on the pan, and cook thoroughly. Place desired amount of sour cream on tortillas, then cabbage and corn. Add sliced or smooshed avocado, then a piece of fish. Squeeze lime juice on top. Serve with rice & beans.
