GINGER ALE MIX
--------------

4 oz finely chopped ginger (1/2 cup)
1 1/2 cup water
1/2 cup granulated sugar
peel of 1/2 lemon
ice cubes and chilled club soda

In one quart saucepan, boil ginger and water.  Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 5 minutes.  Refrigerate overnight.  Strain with cheesecloth, return liquid to saucepan.  Stir in sugar and lemon peel. Boil for 2 minutes.  Cool sligtly and strain.  Refrigerate syrup.  3 tablespoons syrup to 1 cup club soda.  Add ice cubes 


FRESH LIME SODA
---------------

Juice of 2 or 3 medium limes (Heated will give more juice.  Poke hole and place in microwave on high for 10 seconds)
Ice cubes
Chilled club soda
Simple syrup to taste
    1 cups granulated sugar
    1 cups water

    bring mixture to boil in saucepan.

Squeeze lime into two tall glasses, add ice, club soda, and syrup to taste.


CHOCOLATE SODA
--------------

1/4 cup chocolate syrup and 2 tablespoons milk into 14 or 16 oz. glass.  Mix well.  Add cpld carbonated water to fill 3/4 of glass, stir.  Add 1 or 2 scoops of ice cream, fill up container with carbonated soda.


PINEAPPLE ROYAL SODA
--------------------

1 tablespoon canned, crushed pineapple
2 tablespoons Ice Cream or light cream
carbonated water
1 or 2 scoops of vanilla Ice Cream

Pour fruit syrup , then cream into a glass and stir.  Fill glass 3/4 full with carbonated water, add Ice Cream and top off with carbonated water.


RASPBERRY SODA
--------------

2 tablespoons frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons Ice Cream or light cream
plain or fruit-flavored carbonated water
1 or 2 scoops of raspberry Ice Cream

Pour fruit syrup , then cream into a glass and stir.  Fill glass 3/4 full with carbonated water, add Ice Cream and top off with carbonated water.

PEACH CREAM SODA

1/4 cup crushed sweetened ripe frozen or canned peaches
1/4 cup light cream or 1  tablewspoon Ice Cream
1 scoop vanilla Ice Cream
carbonated water

mix gently and stir
