Chili Dip

1 pound ground beef, cooked & drained
1 qt Mexican spiced tomatoes, drained, save juice
2 garlic cloves, minced
Jalapeno peppers, or a combo of your favorites, as many as you
like for desired hotness
1 medium onion, minced
1 lg. jar 'hot' salsa
1 pkg. shredded cheese
Brown ground beef and add rest, except cheese. Cook in Crock Pot for 5-6 hours. Add cheese and serve with Tortilla Chips.
