This month's take home meal from the cafeteria will feature a Valentine's theme. Two gourmet dinners will be available to choose from.
Start the evening with a classic caesar salad. Then choose one selection from the following:
Beef Tenderloin Wellington, aged tenderloin of beef topped with liver pate and wrapped in puff pastry, served with a fresh mushroom demi-glace. ($30.50, serves two)
Breast of Chicken Oscar, tender chicken breast stuffed with crabmeat and asparagus, rolled in seasoned breadcrumbs, served with mornay sauce. ($21.75, serves two)
Dutchess potatoes and a fresh vegetable medley will accompany each entrée.
Round out the evening with New York style cheesecake topped with cherries baked in a tin just for the holiday.
Each dinner will serve two people so you can share the evening at home with a special person. Each package will come with complete reheating instructions.
These dinners will be available for pick-up from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, February 11.
