Peppered Cheddar Dip

Yield :2 cups

1 1/2 cups sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese [shredded]
1/4 cup onion [finely chopped]
3 tablespoons green pepper [minced]
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 tablespoon milk

Mix all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Great with crisp carrot and celery sticks.
